@Xfinity - not sure where to turn. @Xfinity told her to change her password on the Xfinity Home Screen. She did. She lost all her old emails. She gets new emails but nothing before she changed her password. In Person, Online and Phone Support are useless endless robot loops.

@XfinitySupport @xfinity still trying to fix some issues and can’t get a live person at all. This issue has taken days and multiple hours waiting for a technician, arguing with a loop agent that isn’t real. It’s impossible to actually get help. Worst customer service ever.

@XfinitySupport my dad is trying to get internet/tv/phone set up but can’t seem to get beyond the internet to add more services. The Xfinity asst chat function does NOT work. Just a perpetual loop. Link in the confirmation doesn’t work either. Please help

@Xfinity I’ve had an outage since Monday, 3 techs came out yesterday and left w/o repair! they told my husband they would come out today and they were a no show. My husband tried calling the tech today and no answer! Going on day 4 off no service! 13 tenants without service!!!

So on my day off I ended up dealing with redoing out router setup the way the Xfinity tech said to since he said our equipment was the problem. It made it way worse, so I undid it all. Turns out the main problem was just the location of the eeros.
